1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RK Smart Furnicraft ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (rksmart.in), visiting our Visakhapatnam showroom, or purchasing custom furniture, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Custom Furniture Orders & Specifications

At RK Smart Furnicraft, every solid wood sofa, dining set, hydraulic bed, and outdoor aluminum fixture is handcrafted according to exacting standards:

• Handcrafted Variations: Natural teak, oak wood grains, marble veining, and custom powder coatings may feature minor unique variations in pattern and color. These represent genuine characteristics of premium craftsmanship.
• Custom Dimensions: Client-provided measurements for bespoke wardrobes or sectional sofas are final once order confirmation is signed. Dimensions carry a standard craftsman tolerance of ±0.5 inches.
• Order Modifications: Modifications to fabrics or custom dimensions are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, materials enter fabrication and modifications may incur raw material fees.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website and quotes are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise.

• Standard Purchases: Full payment is required at checkout for standard inventory items.
• Bespoke Commercial Orders: Requires a 50% initial deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 50% balance prior to white-glove dispatch.
• Promotional Discount Codes: Coupon codes (such as WELCOME10) apply strictly to eligible minimum order thresholds and cannot be combined with existing bulk clearance prices.

4. Delivery & White-Glove Assembly Policy

We provide white-glove delivery and on-site assembly across Visakhapatnam and pan-India:

• Timeline: Standard catalogue items ship within 3–5 business days. Customized or commercial orders require 10–14 business days for precision crafting and powder-coating cure times.
• Site Access Preparation: Clients must ensure clear doorway, elevator, and stairwell access for delivery teams. Deliveries requiring specialized crane lifting above 4th floors must be declared in advance.
• Inspection on Delivery: Customers must inspect all delivered goods during white-glove setup and sign the Delivery Acknowledgement Note. Any visible transit damage must be noted on the receipt immediately.

5. 5-Year Structural Frame Warranty

All structural teak, solid oak, and powder-coated aluminum internal frames carry a 5-Year Limited Structural Warranty against structural defects, joint failures, and weld cracks under normal residential or commercial usage.

*Warranty excludes natural upholstery wear-and-tear, fabric fading due to harsh chemical cleanings, or deliberate physical misuse.

6. Cancellation & Return Policy

Standard items in unused, original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-built items (made to bespoke dimensions or custom fabrics) are non-refundable unless damaged during initial transit.
